Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MIB Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operator of s4ready.ai (the "Service"), collects and uses your data.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Content you submit: ABAP/CDS source code and related artifacts you upload for analysis.
  • Usage data: feature usage, AI credit consumption, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment provider (see section 3); we do not store your card details.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, enforce usage limits, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Code you submit is processed ephemerally to generate analysis and is never used to train AI models.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service:

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing and payment information directly to process subscriptions and calculate tax. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Anthropic — AI model provider for code analysis. Submitted code is processed to return results and is not used for model training.
  • Cloud infrastructure — hosting and content delivery for the Service.

4. Security

We use standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access. Connected-system credentials are stored encrypted and are never returned by our APIs.

5. Data retention & your rights

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above. We rely on those providers' safeguards for international data transfers.
