1. Who we are

s4ready.ai (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at s4ready.ai and the s4ready.ai ABAP analysis service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, company name, and role when you create an account or join the waitlist.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, page views, and session durations collected via privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party ad trackers).
  • Code submissions: ABAP code you submit for analysis. This is processed ephemerally and not stored beyond your active session unless you explicitly save a report. We do not use submitted code to train AI models.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the s4ready.ai service.
  • To send transactional emails (account creation, analysis reports, invoices).
  • To send product update emails if you have opted in.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Analysis reports are retained according to the limits of your plan (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, unlimited on Team/Enterprise). Ephemeral analysis sessions are purged within 1 hour of completion.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights email privacy@s4ready.ai.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct regular penetration tests.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary session cookies and one first-party analytics cookie. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser; core functionality will still work.

8. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
