Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of s4ready.ai (the "Service"), operated by MIB Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

s4ready.ai provides AI-assisted tooling for SAP S/4HANA readiness assessment, ABAP remediation, test generation, documentation, and related developer workflows. The Service is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before applying it to any SAP system. The Service includes a human-approval gate for all writes to connected systems; bypassing it is at your own risk.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to connect any SAP or third-party system you link to the Service.

3. Plans, billing & payment

The Service is offered on a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle. Paddle handles billing, payment, tax calculation and collection, and is named on your card or bank statement. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

All prices are shown in US Dollars and are exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

4. AI credits & usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits and usage limits as described on the Pricing page. Monthly credit allocations reset on your billing anniversary and do not roll over. We may apply fair-use protections and notify you of excessive consumption; additional capacity may be available as a paid top-up.

5. Cancellation, refunds & downgrades

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain paid access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. If payment fails, we provide a grace period before downgrading to Free. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or submit data you are not permitted to process. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the code and data you submit. We retain ownership of the Service and its underlying technology. SAP, S/4HANA, ABAP and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE — see our Trademark Disclaimer. s4ready.ai is an independent product and is not certified by, affiliated with, or endorsed by SAP SE.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes you apply to any SAP system.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
