Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the s4ready.ai service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

s4ready.ai provides AI-powered static code analysis for ABAP programs to assist with SAP S/4HANA migration readiness. The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis and is intended as a developer tool — not as a guarantee of migration success or compliance certification.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit code you do not have authorisation to share.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the analysis engine.
  • Use the Service to circumvent SAP licensing obligations.
  • Resell access to the Service without a partner agreement.
  • Submit malware, exploits, or illegal content.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any ABAP code you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the analysis. We do not claim ownership of your code and do not use it to train AI models.

The s4ready.ai platform, analysis engine, and all associated software are our proprietary property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to the underlying software.

6. Payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we materially change the Service to your detriment. Pro plans include a 14-day free trial.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is not an official SAP product. Analysis results are advisory only. We make no warranty that the Service will identify all compatibility issues or that following its recommendations will guarantee a successful migration. Always test in a non-production environment before applying changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, s4ready.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
